Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Growthify Digital. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Growthify Digital provides digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, web development, and related services as described on our website. The scope of work for each project will be agreed upon in writing before commencement.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery
• Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each month
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

3. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged at ₹500–₹2,000 per revision depending on the scope of changes.

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for each project. Timelines may be affected by:

• Delays in receiving required content, assets, or feedback from the client
• Scope changes requested mid-project
• Technical issues beyond our control

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, content, and assets required for the project
• Reviewing and providing timely feedback on deliverables
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Providing access to necessary accounts (social media, website, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all final deliverables and their intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. Growthify Digital retains the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Use your business name as a client reference (with your permission)

All work-in-progress files, source files, and raw materials remain the property of Growthify Digital unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose sensitive business data, strategies, or any confidential information shared during our engagement to third parties without your consent.

8. Refund Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced
• If Growthify Digital is unable to complete the project, a proportional refund will be provided
• No refunds will be issued for completed and approved work
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has begun

9. Cancellation

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 15 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

Growthify Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Results Disclaimer

While we work diligently to achieve the best results, Growthify Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes such as Google rankings, follower counts, or revenue increases. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and algorithm changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
